- Our 1202 series features the domestic, 3-prong, Clear (transparent), Down Angle North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with the Clear (transparent) NEMA 5-15R Triple Tap (NEMA 5-15R x 3).
- These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs â?¦)
- These North American cords are the recommended cords used to connect several devices, appliances, and electronics to a power source. On one end, these cords plug directly into any standard NEMA wall outlet or receptacle, and on the other, the triple tap mold accomodates any 3 NEMA 5-15P style plugs. Because these cords power 3 devices while only using 1 outlet, we refer to them as space-savers.
- This down angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a down angle plug is that when facing the outlet with the plug installed ground-pin-down, the cord trails down and away from the wall socket.
- The 1202.072 is a GOLD power cord that carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A - 125V.
