- Our 8803 series features the 3-prong, 6A Rated, Right Angle South African Plug (SANS 60799) with the IEC-60320-C13 Connector.
- These power cords are the recommended cords used for monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, sound systems, and many more devices & appliances which use the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. On one end, this power cord connects to the 6A rated South African outlet, and on the other to your equipment.
- When we refer to a South African Plug being right angle, we refer to the strain relief being formed at 90° compared to the pins of the plug. The 6A, Right Angle South African Plug (SANS 60799), therefore, trails down and away from the wall outlet.
- The 8803.072S is a South Africa power cord that carries the SABS approval and is rated at 6A - 250V.
